Beyonce looks fabulous once again this time for the magazine; L'Officiel it was for their 90th Anniversary and is a clear tribute to Nigerian Women and their rights. The magazine describes this shoot as a return to Beyonces african roots. Her skin has been made to look lighter in previous shoots but in some of the shoots from this shoot they have darkened her skin, this shoot has got everything so right and has a really good variety of looks. Sometimes to makeup would have the strongest tribal look however sometimes the styling does and the makeup will have a dark lip but does not have a strong tribal reference. This whole look feels very luxurious and the team have executed this look to the highest standard which is something I would like to achieve in my shoot. For one look they have dramatically darkened her face and painted some green and gold patterns on the face, i would never of thought about darkening the whole face with black but i think it works really well and is really effective and the green and gold stand out really well against it. But my favourite thing out of the whole shoot is her gold lipstick i love it so much, and want some of my own, off to go experiment with gold lips!!!
